Because you
read this, losing weight is difficult for you. There are enough people just as
much as you, or even more food, and yet no gram arrive. This all has to do with
your body type, which is determined by your genes (see: What is my physique?).
How do I get off?
The answer to this question is quite simple, and I'm sure you're right. You fall off by burning more calories than you consume. A body contains various storage places for energy (glycogen); the most important and the muscles are the most important. When these stocks are empty, the body willburn a veterinarian. Fresh vegetables are always welcome, whatever kind. Cooking vegetables is done that way, but if you are really lazy, go for pot vegetables. This does have a salinity gift due to the addition of salt.
